Workshop: "Let It be Big"

Here is a secret that we often forget: being big and dancing big does't really require alot of effort and ambition - just some smart choices about how to think about movement.  In this workshop we will work on these choices to help you move with more volume and freedom, and to dance bigger.  We will be combining principles of Alexander technique with both classic and new contact improvisation exercises and games.  It should lead to big, free dancing and lots of fun.

Patrick geeft contact improvisatie lessen in Europa en de Verenigde Staten sinds 2005. En studeerde al sinds 1092 met veel van de grote CI teachers. Als gecertificeerde leraar van de Alexander Techniek past hij deze principes toe in al zijn leringen.
