After a deep and warming winter retreat, time for a light and festive summer happening! In the south of France, hallelujah!

Let’s celebrate summer together with workshops and jams of Massage, AcroYoga, Dance improvisation (contact impro, butoh and other sources), singing together and simply enjoying life in nature, with a forest, a spring and many beautiful sites surrounding us! And of course, full of surprises, just because we ♥ to improvise… The days will be filled with several workshops, jams, morning & sometimes evening programs. There will be time to discover, learn and play with what you have discovered. Zomerzin will take place in beautiful natural surroundings, and there will be enough time to explore them. There will be space to find your own way of taking care of your body, to be Lief for your Lijf.

No previous experience needed. If you do have experience: bring curiosity! Beware: Lief voor je Lijf is playful & intense!
